Once you’ve made your down payment and completed paperwork, the property is ready for your use. However, any construction, improvements, or alterations must wait until the property is officially in your name to ensure compliance with our policies.
After I make the down payment, when will my first monthly installment be due?
Following your down payment and completion of paperwork, we typically schedule the first monthly installment 30 days later. Nevertheless, we understand that individual circumstances vary, and we’re more than willing to accommodate your specific needs and preferences regarding payment schedules. Your satisfaction is our our top priority.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
We don’t impose any interest rates or pre-payment penalties. When you reserve a property, you’ll only incur a nominal document fee, along with a monthly service fee, ensuring a straightforward and hassle-free experience throughout your ownership journey.
Do you do any type of credit check before I buy a property?
We don’t conduct any credit or background checks prior to purchasing a property. We are committed to making land ownership accessible to all.
Will I get a "Free and Clear" Warranty Deed after my property has been paid for in full?
Once all monthly installments are successfully met, we provide our buyers with a free and clear warranty deed, ensuring you have full and undisputed ownership of the property. Your financial commitment guarantees your complete legal claim to the land, offering peace of mind and a secure investment for your future.
